An NHS funded services. MURs are carried out by the pharmacist to help you understand your medicines and take around 20-30 minutes. A DMR is provided by a pharmacist following your discharge from hospital. A review is carried out to ensure that your GP is made aware of any changes made by the hospital. The Pharmacist will work with your GP to ensure that your next prescription is safe and accurate.
